• API access for integration purposes

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOFTSTACK GMBH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or data breaches
• Financial losses from smart contract vulnerabilities not detected by the Service
• Regulatory penalties or compliance failures
• Reputational damage

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless softstack GmbH and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any data or content you submit to the Service

12. Termination

12.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.
